Each of our ancestors has a story to tell about their life while here on this earth.  Each person has an amazing tale to tell and we wish we knew all their adventures and their hardships and their joys; however, all we can share with you is what we can glean from the clues left behind.   We will share what we know about them here.

The story begins with our grandmother, Mabel May Maslen Cooper.
Mabel's parents were:
 William Cooper born in Wirksworth, Derbyshire, England on 28 March 1835.
and
Elizabeth Maslen born in Devizes, Wiltshire, England on 13 March 1836.
Our great grandparents were:
Charles Cooper and Ann Allsop
Henry Maslen and Ann Bailey.
